Day One Guides is a static guide and tool site. The Mistfall Hunter checklist stores progress in your browser local storage so it can remember checked items on the same device.

Local storage

Checklist progress is saved locally in your browser. It is not account-based and can be cleared by resetting the checklist or clearing browser storage.

Analytics

Day One Guides records lightweight anonymous usage events to understand whether guide pages and tools are useful. Events may include the page path, event name, checklist progress counts, outbound guide clicks, referrer, browser user agent, country-level Cloudflare metadata, and UTM campaign fields. The site does not ask for accounts, names, emails, or payment details.

Checklist progress itself is still saved locally in your browser. The hosted event log is used only for aggregate launch validation, such as whether visitors start the checklist, copy it, or click official source links.

Day One Guides is not affiliated with game publishers, Steam, or Valve. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
